For AOT 4.0, we intend to create a roadmap to widening the talent acceleration pipeline to achieve talent sustainability that will deliver the Smarter Lagos and a greater ecosystem. However, some people have done exceptional work along these lines and we intend to recognize their work. In other to get robust feedbacks that ensure we reward the vest best, we are consulting widely. We would appreciate if you could take time to share your suggestions on who truly deserves this recognition.

Startup of the year
This award is to the startup with the most significant financial and public relations achievements.
You are permitted to nominate 2 startups.
Customer Service Award
This award is to the startup with the most outstanding customer service.
We would appreciate if you nominate 2 startups.
Social Impact Award
This award is to the Startup with the most significant social impact.
We would appreciate if you nominate 2 startups.
Disruptor Award
This award is for Startups employing the most daring business models/technologies/marketing techniques to disrupt traditional processes or businesses.
We would appreciate if you nominate 2 startups.
Friend of Innovation award
Thus award is for organizations that have significantly supported startups’ growth in Nigeria. This can be through funding, advocacy, or any similar support service.
We would appreciate if you nominate 2 persons or organizations.
Investors Category
This category is to recognize individuals or companies who are using their capital to grow the startup ecosystem in Nigeria. These would be entities that are behind the most significant investment deals, exits, or acquisitions that attract local and international attention
Investor of the Year (Native)
This award is for a Nigerian or Nigerian company based in Nigeria whose investments have made the most significant impact in the Nigerian tech ecosystem.
We would appreciate if you nominate 2 persons or organizations.
Investor of the Year (International)
This award is for a company that does not have its operations in Nigeria but whose investments have made the most significant impact in the Tech Ecosystem
Policy Category
This Category is for rewarding individuals who have championed the cause of the tech ecosystem politically or through advocacy
Ecosystem Personality of the Year
This award is for Individuals who were politically active in the championing of policies to stimulate the growth of the ecosystem.

This award is for individuals who were politically active in championing policies to stimulate the growth of the ecosystem while being employed in a corporate organization.
